* On the door admission is available, but numbers are limited so entry, particularly in the high season, cannot be guaranteed. Members, Carers (with ID), Under 3s, Gift Voucher holders and Complimentary Ticket holders do NOT need to book online.
Payment: On the door, we accept cash, cheques and most major credit cards. We do NOT accept American Express.
Group Discount: Groups of 10 or more qualify for a 10% discount on ticket prices. When booking online the discount is automatically applied at Checkout.
**Carers: Visitors with accessible needs will be charged for admission. Their carers are admitted free of charge and do not need to book online. Proof of disability will be requested at admission (e.g. a Blue Badge, NHS correspondence, DLA letter from the Department of Work & Pensions).
Members: As part of your membership benefits, adult and senior members can bring a guest for half price (on the door prices) – one guest per member, per visit. Members and their guests do not need to book in advance online. Discount will be applied at the Admission Desk.
Blue Peter Badges: Sorry, we no longer offer free admission to Blue Peter badge holders.
Gift Vouchers: An ideal gift for family and friends who are wild about wildlife! You can choose an Admission Voucher and select any number of children and adults for a day out at the Centre. We also offer Spending Vouchers for any sum. Vouchers are valid for one year from the issue date and can be purchased from our online shop. Voucher holders do NOT need to book online.
