Get the most from your visit with our half-hourly keeper talks which give you a further opportunity to learn about the animals and see them up-close.
Opening Dates
We open at weekends & during state school holidays. We recommend that you allow at least 3 hours for a visit but
you’re welcome to stay all day.

Senior (Aged 65+) – £10.50
Child (Aged 3 – 15) – £8.50
Family (2 + 2) – £37.00

We open every Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holiday,
and also daily during state school holidays.

Please note: On weekdays in term time we are closed to the public but are available for pre-booked school trips, private tours and photo events.

News: Red Squirrel Walk-Through Renovation
Please note: Our red squirrel walk-through enclosure (The Copse) is currently undergoing essential renovation. It is still open to visitors and the squirrels can be seen in holding pens within the enclosure.
The squirrels will be free-ranging once again by the Easter holidays.
